Brooklyn Nets forward Gerald Wallace and Boston Celtics forward Kevin Garnett received double technical fouls after getting into a scuffle in the fourth quarter of the Celtics' 93-76 victory Tuesday afternoon. Wallace grabbed an offensive rebound and went up for the putback while trailing by 17 points.  He was fouled and got tangled up with Garnett.  He appeared to grab Garnett's shorts or jersey, which Garnett did not appreciate, and so the two got into a little shoving match.   "I don't know where in America you can jack somebody's pants up or shorts up,"Garnett told reporters. "I don't know, I don't know, I don't know what the hell was going on." Celtics coach Doc Rivers didn't think much of it. "It looked like to me somebody was grabbing his jersey, kept looking at him,"Rivers said. "The guy kept grabbing his jersey, and he wanted him not to grab his jersey anymore. It was much to do about nothing, honestly. The overreaction just drives me nuts. That's just the way it is. Nobody is going to do anything." Back on Nov. 28 in Boston, Nets forward Kris Humphries fouled Garnett hard, which enraged Celtics guard Rajon Rondo to the point both players were ejected from the game.  Nearby Wallace and Garnett were exchanging shoves, which landed both of them technical fouls.   Rondo was suspended by the NBA for two games without pay, while Wallace was fined $35,000 and Garnett fined $25,000. The Nets and Celtics play again April 10 in Boston.
