"What started out as a joke has turned out to be a disaster." Sure, I stole that quote from the ill-fated Apollo Creed-Ivan Drago bout in Rocky IV, but Stu Nahan might as well have been describing Wednesday night's Heat-Bucks game.Miami (16-6), buoyed by 24 first-quarter points from LeBron James, stormed out to a 40-23 lead after the opening period and appeared to be on their way to their sixth consecutive victory. Alas, Milwaukee (10-11) would outscore the Heat 92-57 over the final three quarters (58-37 in the second half) en route to a 105-97 Bucks win. Brandon Jennings (9-for-25, seven three-pointers, 31 points, 8 assists, 4 steals) scored 14 in the fourth quarter, including a 9-point burst over a 2:15 span, as the Bucks pulled away from a lethargic Heat squad. Milwaukee repeatedly broke down Miami's defense, assisting on 30 of their 39 field goals. Heat head coach Erik Spoelstra said, "Defensively, we did not put together multiple stops like we're ...

Video: Barkley makes fun of LeBron's hair

Of all the things LeBron James gets hammered for, this is one of the very few he literally cannot help. Charles Barkley and Shaq aren’t the first two guys to be entertained by LeBron’s receding hairline, and they won’t be the last. As much as Sir Charles typically annoys me, I have to admit this particular bit had me laughing. Poor LeBron. Yeah, I said it. It...

Say what you want about LeBron James, but for one day at least, he was all about the environment. Well that, or he was all about avoiding traffic and closed streets. The Miami Heat forward rode his bike to work on Sunday before the Heat's game with the Chicago Bulls in Miami. It's something he says he doesn't do all the time, but it wasn't the first time James has...

LeBron, Wade just can't beat the Bucks

MILWAUKEE, Wis. -- If the Miami Heat could stop matching up with the Milwaukee Bucks, LeBron James and company might really be able to get on a roll.Miami has won eight of its last 10 games, but both of those losses came against the 10-11 Bucks, and for the second time in 10 days, Milwaukee found a way to slow down the NBA's second highest-scoring team. Charles Barkley Makes Fun of LeBron James' Receding Hairline During NBA On TNT

News flash: LeBron James is balding. Charles Barkley, who has not held back whatsoever from criticizing LeBron in the past, detailed the recession of LeBron's hairline (and headband) perfectly with a demonstration on TNT last night. (Don't miss Ernie Johnson's "oh ****, do I look like that too?" look at the 20-second mark.) While others are defending...

What The Bucks?

The most mystifying sub-.500 team in the NBA this year is surely the Milwaukee Bucks, who knocked off the Heat for the second time in little over a week on Wednesday night. (If you are mystified by the Knicks being under .500, you know less about basketball than anyone should ever admit). Milwaukee won 105-97 on Wednesday despite 40 points from LeBron James, 24 of which came in the...
