The Philadelphia 76ers made it known early that they are not in the playoffs just happy to be there. A rude awakening for the Heat early as the Sixers raced to a surprising 31-19 lead after the first. But a game turning second quarter by the Heat as they quickly responded back with a 35-18 dominate second quarter helped the Heat survive and win 97-89. For the Heat, Chris Bosh came to play notching a double double scoring 25 points and 12 rebounds. LeBron was also a handful scoring 21 points and grabbing 14 rebounds.For the Sixers, Thaddeus Young was a strong presence all game as he came off the bench to score 20 points and also grabbed 11 rebounds. Jrue Holiday scored 19 points. Elton Brand was also good particular in the beginning of the game getting 17 points and 7 rebounds. Andre Iguodala despite only scoring 4 points was a strong floor leader as he had 9 assist and 8 rebounds. The Sixers will look to finish a complete game in Game 2 on Monday night at Miami.
