The Miami Heat were back at work Tuesday after returning home from their week-long trip to China.

Coach Erik Spoelstra said it was important to get back to a normal practice schedule. “We didn’t waste any time getting back to work,” he said of the two-hour session. “We went after it today. I didn’t put the brakes on.”
Forward Chris Bosh said he did not feel any tired or jet lag. “My legs are back,” he said.
In fact, Bosh said he welcomed the opportunity to travel. “I’m a lucky dude,” he said. “I get to travel all over the world.”
Coach Spoelstra will slowly ease the players back into the right state of mind for the remainder of training camp with a schedule practice Wednesday starting at 11am rather than the usually 10am start.
