There have been no All-Stars taken at #19 and below in the last four years, but that follows a run that saw future All-Stars get taken in those spots eight out of nine years. You'd have to think that the law of averages makes us due for an All-Star-in-the-works sitting there when the Cleveland Cavaliers draft later this month, right?
