The Magic soundly defeated the Pacers 102-83 last Tuesday, handing Indiana their first home loss of the season. The two teams played in Orlando on Sunday, with mirror-image results. This time around, the Pacers would win, 106-85. The loss was Orlando’s third straight. The Magic have not won a game since beating the Pacers nearly a week ago. Orlando turned the ball over 19 times on Sunday, 10 times in the first quarter alone. The Magic were outscored 34-58 in the second half of the game. Four of their five starters scored in double figures, led by Dwight Howard. Howard scored 24 points and had 13 rebounds, but also turned the ball over five times. Danny Granger led the Pacers 24 points. George Hill came off the bench to add 16 points of his own, as well as six rebounds and four assists. The win was Indiana’s first in their last six attempts at the Amway Center.  These two teams will meet again in Indianapolis this Saturday, the night before Super Bowl XLVI.
