New Orleans Hornets guard Eric Gordon returned to practice for the first time since training camp yesterday and has said that he’d like to be playing in games again before the New Year, reports Fran Blinebury of NBA.com.“I felt pretty good,” Gordon said after Monday’s practice. “I was just ready to get out there with the guys. It was full contact and I participated in everything. Now it’s just the conditioning part.”Gordon has yet to appear in a game for the Hornets this season due to a right knee injury. He will not play tomorrow against the Orlando Magic, but New Orleans has two other games remaining before New Year’s Day; at home Friday against the Toronto Raptors and at Charlotte on Saturday against the Bobcats.Gordon only appeared in nine games for the Hornets last season.
