Out of five nationally televised games this weekend there are really only two worth tuning in to. Tonight’s showdown between the Lakers and Thunder is a playoff rematch and promises to be intense. It’s also Kobe’s first game since reaching the 30,000 point plateau earlier in the week. The Lakers have been underwhelming but don’t expect them to lay an egg on the road in OKC. Even so, give us the Thunder -7.5. The other game worth watching is Nuggets at Knicks on Sunday night. The Knicks are making a strong case as the top team in the NBA, especially after Thursday night’s shellacking of the Miami Heat. It’s always fun watching these two teams square off after the Carmelo Anthony mega-deal. Couple that with the high octane offenses and this game is sure to be entertaining. The Knicks are undefeated at home and we like them to stay that way. Weekend NBA TV Schedule Friday, December 7 Boston Celtics at Philadelphia 76ers, 7:00 p.m., ESPN Los Angeles Lakers at Oklahoma City Thunder, 9:30 p.m., ESPN Saturday, December 8 New Orleans Hornets at Miami Heat, 7:30 p.m., NBATV Sacramento Kings at Portland Trail Blazers, 10:00 p.m., NBATV Sunday, December 9 Denver Nuggets at New York Knicks, 7:30 p.m., NBATV [Complete December 7-9, 2012 NBA Schedule] [Lines via PinnacleSports.com] Filed under: Basketball, Girls, NBA
