We talk a lot about Kevin Love's "working out" to lose weight, or getting his game legs, and all that. I've wondered before about how players' workouts look. Randy Foye's rehab process, which really occupied all his time here, is familiar, but how would our Wolves be keeping in shape during the down time? Nazr Mohammed's tweets about the lockout have impressed me -- he's straightforward, explaining the players' positions without a lot of hot air, and willing to engage with actual fans. So, I'm following him on Twitter. He just posted this video of him doing one workout regimen with a trainer. It's full of a lot of different trendy stuff, gym wise, but it's all stuff I've done in various classes and none of it except for the sled stuff is hard to get 'hold of at a Lifetime Fitness sort of place.
