LeBron James has made a conscious effort to limit distractions during the playoffs over the past two seasons, and the results have spoken for themselves. During the Miami Heat’s championship runs in 2012 and 2013, LeBron turned his cell phone over to his agent and stopped listening to what Twitter followers and sports analysts had [...]
Whoever planned the routing of the Heat’s championship parade through the streets of Miami on Monday should probably be fired. Or, as the Queen of Hearts from Alice in Wonderland would probably say, “Off with his head!”
The Heat celebrated with the Larry O’Brien Trophy in Miami on Monday, and a few of the players, including LeBron James, nearly ended up a few inches shorter...

Dwyane Wade’s 11-year-old son, Zaire, is being recognized as one of the top fifth graders in the country. He’s certainly taking after his father as evidenced by this highlight reel from last month’s John Lucas Future of the Game Camp in Las Vegas.
Note: He wearing LeBrons and has the three-to-the-dome 3-point celebration, done mostly by the Knicks, down pat.
Even though Dwyane Wade got a lot of criticism for his poor play during the 2013 NBA Playoffs, the 31-year-old showed up when it counted. Wade isn’t the only hoopers in the family, though.
Wade’s 5th grade son, Zaire, could be taking over the Wade reign. Ranked as one of the best fifth graders in the country, the lefty has a nice court sense and seems to finish with either hand...
MIAMI (AP) Even if nothing else winds up happening in his career, the player who gets selected with the 30th and final first-round pick in Thursday night's NBA draft can say he was part of LeBron James' fabled decision.
