- Cavaliers point guard Kyrie Irving on Friday’s opponent Derrick Rose and the Chicago Bulls. Rose is questionable to play in the contest. Irving was surprised to recently find out that he was leading the Cavaliers in points, saying, “Honestly, I just feed off my teammates.”

Oof. Cleveland fans, this was not a good showing by the Cavaliers. Kyrie Irving got the Cavs started early with 11 quick points. It was all downhill from there as the Cavaliers shot 30% while allowing the Bulls to have their way in the paint. Chicago finished shooting 55.4%.
Oh, and Derrick Rose didn’t play.
Regardless of where they sit in the standings, any game between the Miami Heat and Cleveland Cavaliers will have extra excitement if not animosity attached to both it and the NBA betting lines. The fact that these two are both battling for playoff positions makes it that much more important, especially in a shortened season.
