Beyond The Buzzer:
Jamal Crawford and Tyreke Evans put on a crowd-pleasing show at the 2013 Jamal Crawford Pro Am All-Star game in Seattle over the weekend as the two showed off their incredible handles and even combined for 89 points. The excitement went down to the wire as Evans missed a potential game-winner with under 10 seconds to go and Jamal Crawford drilled a deep 3 at the buzzer to give his team the 139-138 win – much to the delight of his hometown crowd.
BEST OF MAXIM
Jamal Crawford has a pro-am named after him, so of course he’s going to get a lot of buckets during games he participates in.
Crawford and Pelicans guard Tyreke Evans went at each other Sunday, trading basket after basket, until Crawford finished it, hitting a buzzer beating three to win the game.
Good news for Pelicans fans, Evans’ jumper was silky smooth yesterday.
