NEW ORLEANS - JANUARY 24: Kim Kardashian looks on as her boyfriend Reggie Bush (R) of the New Orleans Saints talks on the phone after his team's victor against the Minnesota Vikings to win the NFC Championship Game at the Louisana Superdome on January 24, 2010 in New Orleans, Louisiana. Jeremy Lin sat down for a chat on Good Morning America on ABC Monday morning, and during the interview he addressed the rumors that he is dating noted fame *****/”reality” TV star Kim Kardashian.

USA Today has the quote:

“Stuff about me dating Kim Kardashian, I mean, I have no idea where that came from and all these other rumors,” said Lin, adding he doesn’t think they’re each others “type.”

So there you go. Jeremy Lin, the NBA’s biggest sensation since baggy shorts, is absolutely not taking Kim Kardashian back to his brother’s couch after games. And this isn’t surprising. No, not because Lin is a humble, modest, quiet guy. But he went to Harvard, he’s smart enough to not get tied up with her mess.

You may have heard last week that Kim was reportedly trying to set up a date with Lin. From Media Takeout:

Kim’s pal told MediaTakeOut.com: “She thinks [Jeremy] is cute, and she’s good friend’s with [Jeremy's teammate Carmelo Anthony's wife] Lala. It’s going to be a double date.”

Translation: “He’s a professional athlete. He’s rich and/or popular. He lives in New York. Of course she’s interested.”

Well, now Bovada is trying to get in on the action. The gambling web site has released odds on a potential tabloid headline-stealing Lin-Kardashian hook up:

Will Jeremy Lin and Kim Kardashian go out on a date before the NBA Finals is complete?

Yes 5/1

If you take this bet, you are silly. Don’t you know filming for Keeping Up with the Kardashians doesn’t start filming until AFTER the NBA Finals?

Anyway, for what it’s worth, Bovada wants you to know that TMZ will be used as its source.

And if you’re still unsure why China is kicking our ass, you need not look further than everything discussed in this post.
