Jerry Sloan resigned as the Utah Jazz’s head coach way back in February 2011 because of rumored rift between then point guard, Deron Williams. After over a year of rest, Sloan is seemingly ready to jump back into the saddle. Sloan is so ready that he’s reportedly interested in every open head coaching job not in the city of Portland. But who knows, he’s probably interested in that job too. Former Utah Jazz coach Jerry Sloan is interested in a return to the NBA. Sloan told The Salt Lake Tribune on Tuesday that he has talked to Charlotte owner Michael Jordan about the Bobcats’ job and could meet with him as early as this week.
