Juwan Howard Signs With Trail Blazers

In what can only be described as news that's exciting in mid-September, The Blazers signed veteran power forward Juwan Howard.  He was one of many blips on the Portland radar as a backup power forward, and according to our little poll to the right, he was the individual that the majority of you wanted.  Although, "none of these scrubs" was actually first with 19 votes and Juwan had 16 votes.
