Throw it down big man, throw it down. Kevin Durant went HAM last night over top of Andray Blatche of the New Jersey Nets. Well, he missed the dunk, but it's still worth a watch. Don't think I've even seen Blake Griffin get that high before. Check out the best missed dunk ever in the video below.
P.S. What's up with the Thunder wearing the Nets jerseys and the Nets wearing the Thunders jerseys??? Thought I was seeing things.

The NBA has issued a $5,000 fine to Brooklyn Nets forward Gerald Wallace for flopping.
The fine was issued for Wallace’s second violation of the NBA’s new rules against the practice which encourages referees to issue fouls after a player over-exaggerates the impact of contact from another player.

Brook Lopez and Reggie Evans will miss Brooklyn's game against Oklahoma City on Tuesday night, leaving the Nets without their leading scorer and top rebounder.
Lopez will miss a third straight game with a sprained right foot. The Nets have said the injury to their starting center is unrelated to the broken foot that helped limit him to just five games last season.
It will be interesting to see what Deron Williams does when he claims he was misquoted.
Williams, the starting point guard for the Brooklyn Nets, has broken ground as an athlete by employing his own beat reporters to cover him for his website, deronwilliams.com, and create “a larger brand portfolio” for himself, according to a report by The Wall Street Journal.
So far, Williams...
The Oklahoma City Thunder are tied for the most wins in the NBA, and not surprisingly Kevin Durant and Russell Westbrook have led the charge - especially during their current winning streak.
They'll look to help lead Oklahoma City to a season-best sixth consecutive win Tuesday night against the Brooklyn Nets, who begin a four-game homestand.
The Thunder (14-4) began their streak...
Serge Ibaka’s primary purpose on the basketball court is to throw a monkey wrench into other peoples’ posters, but that doesn’t mean Air Congo can’t switch it up from time to time. As indicated by his 15 PPG average so far this season, Ibaka is quickly becoming a polished offensive player. Last night, Serge elected to show off his ups as he attacked the rack and dropped...
When the Brooklyn Nets traded half their roster’s worth of players for Atlanta Hawks shooting guard Joe Johnson and re-signed superstar point guard Deron Williams, many proclaimed them to own the best backcourt tandem in NBA basketball. Debate ensued among NBA fans, on Twitter, on Facebook, everywhere. Like any other needless sports debate, this one faded quickly. But the season...
Kendrick Perkins is playing a major part within the Thunder locker room.
The Brooklyn Nets came into the 2012-2013 NBA regular season with a ton of hype surrounding them. They have a fresh look, a new arena and have point guard Deron Williams they have a franchise player. Wherever there is hype, expectations are not too far behind. It’s still early in the season, however the Nets so far have lived up to that hype.
I’m keeping an eye on the Nets...
It's no secret that I have been one of Kendrick Perkins' biggest fans since his rookie season. After Danny's terrible trade that sent him to the Thunder I have continued to follow Perk and in the process, have become a Thunder fan. If Danny had to trade him, he couldn't have picked a better fit for him. I took great pleasure watching the Thunder beat up on the...

On his weekly interview with WEEI, Doc got into the chat that he and Rajon had last week after his beef with Kris Humphries.
Chris Forsberg writes:
“Rondo understands that we need him,” said Rivers. “And Rondo almost said the same thing. He said, ‘Coach, I didn’t go in there to have a fight. I went in there to push [Humphries] off Kevin [Garnett] and, the next thing you...
