Knicks Journal :
On a night where Knicks fans of all ages celebrated the team's past success and ultimate legacy, the Knickerbockers of today made sure to remind everyone how hopeful they still are to potentially duplicate similar success this season as well. With the franchise's best winning streak (10 games) in 19 years on the line Friday night, the Knicks came out of the gate rather sleepily against the Bucks. Though their defense was respectable enough, New York's offense struggled as spacing was not present and ball movement was stagnant. Milwaukee seemed to take advantage of that, if only to pull ahead by a few points, as they themselves had put up somewhat of a rather feeble effort to begin the contest.Down 9 at the half, from there the Knicks truly seemed to reap the benefits of being the home team on this particular night. With the organization choosing to honor the 1972-73 championship winning team's fortieth anniversary at halftime, perhaps the Knicks of 2013 were granted s...

Any attempts to doubt the legitimacy of the New York Knicks recent winning streak sound nothing short of idiotic by this point. The Knicks went into Oklahoma City in an enormous game for both teams in what was a potential NBA Finals preview and pulled out their 12th straight victory, 125-120. They have now hit 50 wins for the first time since 1999, basically wrapped up the Atlantic...

After hearing whispers that the Knicks were better off without him, Carmelo Anthony has quieted that talk by catapulting his game to a level not seen around here since the days of Bernard King. His recent 131-point explosion against the Heat, Hawks and Bucks brought back memories of some of the greatest offensive performances ever by a Knickerbocker. Below...
Teams may want to watch out for the New York Knicks come playoff time. With a 101-83 win over the Milwaukee Bucks Friday night they have won 11 in a row!
Carmelo Anthony has been getting a lot of the attention--at least of late--with the tear that he has been on. Friday night was no different either as he scored 41 points; it's the third time in a row he has scored at least...

Knicks 125 Thunder 120
Just in case the NBA world wasn’t convinced that the Knicks were contenders, a huge 125-120 win over the 56-21 Thunder has hopefully convinced them.
It wasn’t an easy win, nor was it New York’s best outing (especially defensively), but when a clutch basket was needed, they came through.
At the half, the Knicks had opened up a...
New York Knicks guard Iman Shumpert was forced to shave part of his head to remove an Adidas’ signature “three stripes” logo on the left side of his hair.
Despite youth, a late-season lull and tempered expectations, Syracuse hoops reached the Final Four in Atlanta for the first time since Carmelo Anthony led the Orange to Jim Boeheim's only national title. CuseNation.com breaks down SU's road to Saturday's clash with Michigan inside.
