Jocks and Stiletto Jill:
Vanessa Bryant celebrated her 31st birthday on May 5th. Even though her husband, Kobe Bryant is hobbled by recovery from his ruptured Achilles, he made sure to plan an elegant birthday dinner to surprise his wife. Kobe planned an intimate dinner party for family and friends. Plus flew in one of Vanessa’s favorite chefs, Fabrizio de Togni, from her favorite restaurant in Milan, Italy, the PaperMoon, to cook dinner.
Eggplant parmigiano, filets and penne arrabbiata. For desert, an almond roca fudge cake in the shape of a Louboutin shopping bag by Sweet Lady Jane and a penut butter and chocolate leopard cake by the chefs at the Disneyland Grand Californian Hotel.

Could Kobe Bryant be considered a cheap person? I mean here we go again with his mother trying to sell his stuff. Why won;t he take care of his own mother with some of the millions he has made in the NBA? Why is she trying to sell his things in the first place? Does she need the money to get buy. A better question might be, why is all Kobe’s stuff at his mothers in the first place...

The rift between Kobe Bryant and his mother, Pamela just got kicked up about five levels. Kobe claims that Pam stole some of the memorabilia items she sold to an auction house last January. The Auction sued Kobe for attempting to block the sale of the items. Kobe has now counter-sued Goldin Auctions, claiming that the estimated $1.5 million worth of high school items were lifted...
Personally, the best that I’ve ever done for a girlfriend on their birthday is taking them to a nice Italian restaurant but Lakers star Kobe Bryant brought an Italian chef to cook his wife Vanessa, a special birthday dinner.
Vanessa turned 31 over the weekend and Kobe surprised her with a special birthday dinner that can be seen in the below image via his Twitter account:
In response to his bloodsucking mother, Pamela, arranging to peddle $450,000 worth of memorabilia to Goldin Auctions, Los Angeles Lakers icon Kobe Bryant is in court battling to regain the hundreds of items before the June sale occurs. Selected by the Charlotte Hornets 13th overall in the 1996 NBA Draft, the bulk of mementos come from Bryant’s playing days at Lower Merion High...
This is very weird situation with Kobe and his mom. His mom seems to be upset that Vanessa’s mom got a bigger house that she has, so her way of getting payback, is stealing Kobe’s stuff and auctioning them off.
I don’t know the inner workings of the Bryant family, but regardless of what is going on behind the scenes, that seems a bit petty on her part.
Kobe is suing his mom...
We wonder why athletes abuse alcohol, self-medicate with marijuana, coke, groupies and hookers, extend/enhance their careers with PEDs, go broke shortly after they retire, and then we learn that Kobe Bryant and his mother are embroiled in a nasty lawsuit over his childhood memorabilia.
She wants an "additional" home in Nevada and a $450,000 down payment. Kobe countered...
Kobe Bryant fan or not, this is a must-see video if you’re an NBA fan. Made by YouTube user theperson18, the video documents Kobe’s unbelievable work ethic, the hurdles he’s overcome both mentally and psychically, and the comeback he’s about to embark on. He’s certainly one of a kind.
Guys--correct me if I am wrong, but our wives/girlfriends like to claim that it is not the price tag on the gift that counts, but the thought right? As long as it is something that is from the heart and really shows that we care they are cool with it (supposedly).
So we do it. We put our hearts and soul into coming up with the right gift that says what we feel, but doesn&...

Seems like an open and shut case to me. It is Kobe’s stuff so if he doesn’t want it to go to auction, his mom shouldn’t be allowed to do it.
The judge agrees with Bean for now.
TMZ has learned a judge issued a temporary restraining order against Goldin Auctions, prohibiting them from selling Kobe’s jerseys, championship rings, trophies, and lots of other stuff until a full...
