Lakers guard Kobe Bryant wasn't a happy camper following his team's home defeat to the Philadelphia 76ers on Tuesday. The loss dropped Los Angeles below the .500 mark for the campaign, and has many Lakers fans debating about whether or not it is time to hit the panic button. The 34-year old gave the following explanation as to why his team has been experiencing difficulty lately.“It’s because we’re old as (expletitive),” Bryant said. “We just have to figure out how to play when we don’t have that energy. We have to change things up a little bit defensively, we have to figure out what we want to do offensively.“We have to figure out what we want to do on nights when we don’t have those legs, or when we don’t have the energy.”The 14-time All-Star is obviously upset with the LA's apparent lack of youthfulness.“(Tonight) we were sluggish, stuck in the mud,” Bryant said. “When we have games like that, everything is an uphill battle for us. When we play fresh, we play energized, we are a completely different team.”He concluded by saying: "We're just an old damn team."Via Orange County Register.
