The Lakers 40th pick in the 2007 NBA draft gets compared to Magic Johnson, and Sun Yue will be making his debut in Los Angeles this season. The 22-year-old Chinese star might not be well known in the States just yet, but he's received plenty of attention back home.

Yue might be as famous off of the the court in China as he is on it. His girlfriend is supermodel Gu Chen, and the two were called the biggest celebrity couple in China a year ago. We're not sure if there is enough room in LA for Sun and Gu with Becks and Posh already in town.
