It was a fun ride while it lasted, but it's being reported, this morning, that Lamar Odom is being sent away from the Los Angeles Lakers to the Dallas Mavericks.Yesterday, Odom was traded away to Dallas. At first, the Lakers, were preparing Lamar for the New Orleans Hornets, but with the trade deal for Chris Paul being blocked by the NBA, the Lakers had to re-think and send Lamar to a different team, the Mavericks.It's also being reported that the Lakers have given up hope, for the time being, on trying to picking up Chris Paul and now are setting their sights on Orlando Magic star Dwight Howard.
