Remember back in 2003 when LeBron James and Carmelo Anthony first entered the Association, and the NBA tied to promote their games as a rivalry? It certainly was in no way, shape, or form, a rivalry Friday night as LBJ recorded a double-double with a game high 33 points while Melo scored 13 points, and the Cleveland Cavaliers beat up the Denver Nuggets 105-88. Cleveland took a big lead during the first quarter, and Denver never quite found their footing during the game.
