Will the San Antonio Spurs Road Woes Hurt Them?

The San Antonio Spurs have dropped yet another road game, falling to 1-6 while on the road. It could get ugly before it gets better for the Spurs, as they are now 1-3 during their 16 road games in a 21 game stretch. Being a Spurs fan, I have been puzzled by their lack of competitiveness in some road games, especially with the lack of defense. Tim Duncan was out tonight, with this...

Why Can’t the Spurs Win on the Road?

Okay, I got a little excited when I said the Spurs could beat the Heat. I don’t take back what I said because thru the first half of the game they were leading the Heat and I honestly think they can win against them. Wade wasn’t playing so it seemed all too perfect for the Spurs. Then, LeBron decided to go crazy and take over the game. LeBron had 33 points and Chris Bosh...

Emeka Okafor Stuffs Tiago Splitter’s Crucial Dunk

Last week we posted this incredible compilation of the Top 10 Dunks on Emeka Okafor. Other than the obvious fact that Emeka has been crammed on tons of times in his career, the main takeaway is that the reason he finds himself on so many highlight reels is because he’s a shot-blocker who challenges drives. Tim Duncan Sinks The Hornets

The Spurs wouldn’t give the ball to Tim Duncan for the game with 05.2 left on the clock on an inbound play right? I mean, that would never happen with so many other good shooters on the Spurs team –or would it. Cause it did and Duncan sunk New Orleans with a running hook. Unbelievable, after 14 years deep in the league, dude still has it.
