The NBA lockout was frustrating and often puzzling, but one positive to come out of the 149 day work stoppage was exposing how badly many people missed pro basketball. Count me among them.
Sometimes you dont appreciate what youve got until its taken away. Since the lockout ended, I have a renewed appreciation of the opportunity to announce Magic games on TV, and a renewed appreciation...
Dwight Howard can't hide the fact that he's looking at the New Jersey Nets as a home to "possibly" win his first NBA championship, as it's being reported Howard met up with New Jersey Nets star Deron Williams for dinner Wednesday night. According to Newark Star-Ledger, Williams and Howard met up for dinner Wednesday night, as the Nets were in Orlando. Howard...

Dwight Howard finished with 24 rebounds and 20 points, powering the Orlando Magic to a 100-79 victory against the Charlotte Bobcats.
I found a fascinating article/conspiracy theory from Yahoo Sports. It basically postulates that Dwight Howard won't go to Chicago because Adidas doesn't want its superstar pitchmen in the same market. It's the best explanation I've heard about why Chicago isn't on Howard's list. What do you think? Brian Moore
Hedo Turkoglu scored 10 of his 15 points in the final stanza as the Orlando Magic overcame a 13-point, fourth-quarter deficit to take down the Toronto Raptors, 102-96.
