The San Antonio Spurs have some of the most passionate and dedicated fans in the NBA, and probably all of professional sports. Apparently they also know some skilled barbers.
Case in point, this fan who wears his love for Spurs guard Manu Ginobili on the back of his head:

Ouch, bro. San Antonio Spurs guard Manu Ginobili was fighting through a Lebron James pick when he ended up on the receiving end of a Ray Allen back kick right to his balls. Ginobili was called for a foul…which was also a kick in the nuts. The post Ray Allen Back Kicked Manu Ginobili In The Balls appeared first on Ride The Pine.
During the 2013 NBA Finals, Philip Rossman-Reich of Orlando Magic Daily will be contributing to Project Spurs, covering the San Antonio Spurs' march to title No. 5.
When Manu Ginobili first received the ball in the San Antonio Spurs’ Game Three victory over the Heat, he gave a quick pump fake that got Dwyane Wade off his feet and he aggressively attacked the basket, finishing...

SAN ANTONIO (AP) -- Manu Ginobili isn't scoring.
He's played a careless game instead of his famously creative one. So far in these NBA Finals, where LeBron James and Dwyane Wade just delivered a forceful reminder in Game 4 about stars deciding this series, the San Antonio Spurs are still waiting on one of their biggest.
Spurs coach Gregg Popovich said Friday that Ginobili...
In Game 4 of the NBA Finals Thursday night there was a sequence of basketball-deliciousness that needs to be seen to be believed. Stephen Douglas of The Big Lead referred to it as “basketball porn” and I really can’t argue with that assessment. Late in the third quarter, San Antonio Spurs guard Manu Ginobili drove into the lane and threw a behind-the-head pass to Tim Duncan...
We all know that San Antonio Spurs fans are some of the most dedicated within the Association and one Spurs fan decided to show his love for Manu Ginobili with a fancy haircut.
Check out this image from last night’s game three and check out the Manu likeness shaved into the back of his head:
Kudos to you, Manu haircut guy!

Tim Duncan and Manu Ginobili trudged off the court, their heads hanging, bald spots that come from more than a decade of games like this for all to see.
These proud San Antonio Spurs gave everything they had in Game 7. And when their valiant fight fell just short, they couldn't stop thinking about the title they gave away two nights earlier.

AT&T Center – Going into the fourth quarter of Game 4 on Thursday, the San Antonio Spurs found themselves trailing 81-76 to the Miami Heat. With Tony Parker losing his aggressiveness due to fatigue, Tim Duncan, Danny Green, and Kawhi Leonard, who all scored more than five points in the third quarter needed help to make a final push in the fourth.
The logical move would...
In terms of “pretty plays” in game four of the 2013 NBA Finals, this effort in the third quarter by the Spurs Manu Ginobili/Tim Duncan and Miami’s LeBron James is pretty darn impressive.
Watch as Manu drops the no-look pass to Duncan who looks ready to put the ball in the hoop until LeBron James comes out of nowhere to block the shot:

If you’ve followed the NBA Finals from the San Antonio Spurs’ side closely, you will have no doubt read more than a few articles about Manu Ginobili not quite being the same Manu we’ve normally seen, aside from a few bright spots in Game 3. You’ve also likely read quite a bit about Danny Green and his emergence from a guy that couldn’t stick on a team to Finals hero.
Have you ever wanted to hit a soft bank-shot like Tim Duncan? Perhaps hit the teardrop shot on your way to the rim? Or maybe hit your defender with a euro-step like Manu Ginobili?
Well you can still do that but good look seeing through these Spurs head tee shirts.

SAN ANTONIO (AP) -- Tony Parker's hamstring, not Dwyane Wade's knee, is the current chief injury concern.
Manu Ginobili, not Chris Bosh, is mired in the slump of the moment.
Things change quickly at the NBA Finals, and with everything suddenly seeming right with the Miami Heat, it's up to the San Antonio Spurs to change them back Sunday night in Game 5.
Eat a dick, Chris Bosh. The league also fined Manu Ginobili for general floppiness in the Finals. But he’s European, that’s expected.
