I like this Cuban guy T... The stars were out for the big return of Lamar Odom to Los Angeles — Here is Dallas Mavericks owner Mark Cuban joking with actor Jack Nicholson before the game against the Lakers at Staples Center last night in Los Angeles — Cuban’s Mavs fell just a bit short, losing to the Lake Show 73-70, but overall a great game to be at. Lamar was very welcomed, and he received a gigantic standing O –  Thanks again to Mark Cuban for being such a cool guy and great owner — He’d be a perfect fit to buy the Dodgers… Special thanks to Ryan Totka as well. Check the gallery below to see more pics -TO Dirk Goes Deep In Whiffle Ball Mavericks Drop The Championship Banner <a href='http://www.terezowens.com/mark-cuban-hangs-with-jack-nicholson-at-lamars-return/kardashians-lamars-return/' title='Kardashians Lamar's Return'>

Lamar Odom In Love with a Stripper? (Photo)

You know I like a good stripper story, but last week when reports surfaced that Lamar Odom was spotted making it rain at a strip club with his teammates I just shrugged. That is what athletes do at strip clubs, I didn’t think it was a big deal. I remember thinking to myself….. “Not like he was caught out chilling with the stripping like she was his side chick” But…………...

Delonte West Turned Down White House Visit Because He Feared President Obama's One-on-One Skills

Delonte West did not accompany the NBA champion Dallas Mavericks on their customary visit to the White House last week, leading to some confusion. At first, West said he was banned due to 2009 weapons charges, but the Secret Service later said that West was never banned. "It's going to be a shame the president isn't going to get a chance to meet me," West said.

With Lamar Odom struggling, Phil Jackson reaches out to his former Sixth Man

It's easy to not feel sorry for Dallas Mavericks forward Lamar Odom. The veteran has spent his entire career in Los Angeles, Miami, and back in Los Angeles again until last month. He's been a part of two championship teams, he willingly signed off on not only entering a celebrity marriage, of sorts, and a part in two different "reality" TV shows (I'm cool because...

Mavs' Terry thinks the Spurs' schedule will doom them

To say Dallas Mavericks' Jason Terry is not well-liked among San Antonio Spurs fans is a bit of an understatement.Terry has rarely spoke fondly of the Spurs and never bites his tounge when it comes to ribbing San Antonio whenever the chance presents itself.Well here we go again. The Spurs have had plenty of home games scheduled in this truncated season (nine) and San Antonio...

NBA Video: Vince Carter Throws it Down Against Sacramento

Vince Carter's best days are clearly behind him.  We'll never see the guy who lead the Toronto Raptors back in the day again.  He's nothing more than a serviceable role player now with the Dallas Mavericks, but VC still has some explosiveness in his old legs. If you thought the former slam dunk champion couldn't get up anymore, you're in for a rood awakening...

The Dallas Mavericks Have A Record Setting Night In Win Over Sacramento

The defending champions defended the basket in record-breaking fashion last night, with Dallas delivering a thorough 99-60 win over the Sacramento Kings. The Kings scored the fewest points and registered the lowest field-goal percentage (25.6 percent) by any opponent in 32 seasons of Mavericks basketball. This was the second time that the Mavericks have led wire to wire in a game...

Mavs Quoteboard: Cuban 'Sticking To The Plan'

Even in the face of a trio of last-second losses, even in the face of b2b defeats in LA, Mavs owner Mark Cuban is trying to keep his eyes on the prize. "You've got to recognize who you are, what you need to accomplish and where you're trying to go,’ Cuban says. ‘We've got a plan and we're sticking to it.’ That’s just a slice of the locker-room talk from...

Derek Fisher Beats Dallas; Boston Loses Their 5th Game In A Row

Well that was ugly. On a night where the big stories were supposed to be Lamar Odom‘s return to Staples and Kobe‘s shot at a fifth-consecutive 40-point game, neither side could hit a shot and couldn’t get out of each other’s way. So it came down to a guy who’s shooting 33 percent and averaging [...]

Mavs' Carter (sprained foot) to sit against Clips

Injured Mavericks shooting guard Vince Carter will miss Wednesday's game at the Clippers, coach Rick Carlisle said, and it would appear that Carter's availability for the following two road games are also in jeopardy.

Mavs' Carter sprains foot in loss; X-rays negative

Vince Carter sprained his left foot while maneuvering to get off a last-second 3-pointer Monday night in the Mavericks 73-70 loss to the Lakers.

Phil Jackson reached out to Lamar Odom to help

Things are not going well for Lamar Odom, on or off the court. Things were bad enough off the court he considered taking a year off — and that was before the Lakers tried to trade him. It was his wife Khloe Kardashian that encouraged him to get back out there. Off the court issues…
