Matching meltdown for meltdown

The end of the first half was an absolute comedy of errors. The Mavericks had two turnovers in the final 15 seconds that led to a Baron Davis layup and a Chris Kaman three-point play. Not to be outdone, the Clippers went brain dead (is that redundant?) when Sebastian Telfair fouled Jason Terry on a 3-point shot in the final 2 seconds of the half. Telfair then picked up a technical foul for griping about his own idiocy. The four free throws tied the score at 55 going into the third quarter. And quite frankly, neither team deserves this game yet. --Eddie Sefko
