Mavericks Provide Perfect Ending to Great NBA Season

This has been one of the best NBA seasons that I can remember.  There were so many good teams in the league this year, in both conferences, with legitimate shots at winning the championship. The Miami Heat are probably the team most responsible for giving us such a great season.  With three superstars coming together to make winning a championship easy, every fan of an opposing team in the league had a common enemy, and this was before Miami started their pre-season championship celebration and declaring that they will win not one, not two, not three…. A complete juggernaut has been good for the NBA.  The level of intensity that each team brought to this season to try to compete with the Heat has been amazing.  While the Celtics and Bulls went down to them in only five games, both teams brought a great competitive spirit to the series, and the games were close.
