This might be stereotypical, but his main need this off season is to hit the gym and shoot. At times, Cole’s shot can be plain ugly, something that is not a desirable trait in a reserve who is brought on to help carry the offense and raise the moral. The good news for the third year guard is that he is coming off a year where he managed to slightly raise his dreadful three point shooting percentages from the year before, his rookie season. That percentage rose from 27.6 percent to 36 percent, a positive trend Cole must hope carries over to this year.
