PG: Norris Cole- Shooting Efficiency
- Cole has those moments where he looks like a real talent, the other moments, however, are the ones the Cleveland product needs to address. This might be stereotypical, but his main need this off season is to hit the gym and shoot. At times, Cole’s shot can be plain ugly, something that is not a desirable trait in a reserve who is brought on to help carry the offense and raise the moral. The good news for the third year guard is that he is coming off a year where he managed to slightly raise his dreadful three point shooting percentages from the year before, his rookie season. That percentage rose from 27.6 percent to 36 percent, a positive trend Cole must hope carries over to this year. If he can stay away from shooting funks, Cole might find himself on the court more and more.
