You might remember L.A.’s biggest newspaper columnist douche, T.J. Simers, going after Jim Mora Jr. a couple weeks ago during a press conference. Simers has changed seasons and is now attacking Lakers coach Mike D’Antoni over the defensive effort from the team after last night’s 100-94 loss in Cleveland (box score).  The Lakers are now 9-13 and just lost to the now 5-17 Cavs. Time for Simers to attack! The easy move is to prod D’Antoni on the defensive effort; the Cavs shot 44%. Meanwhile, the Lakers shot 27% (7-27) from three-point range. It took 42 from Kobe just to keep the team in the game. Seems like the right time to attack the defensive effort. The Lakers shot 25-40 from the line, including Dwight Howard’s 13-of-22. Time to attack the defensive effort. If nothing else, Simers is fishing for great quotes from these Los Angeles coaches. We appreciate that, T.J. Now go pick on Dwight Howard. Filed under: Basketball
