The Official Tumblr account of the Dallas Mavericks posted some photos of guard O.J. Mayo making an appearance at an Albertson’s grocery store for an autograph signing session.

As you can see above, one clever autograph seeker had the wherewithal to presumably realize an autograph session at a grocery store provided a perfect opportunity to have Mayo sign a tasty condiment that shares his name.

Crazy stuff. But brilliant. Although what’s next? Ben Gordon being asked to sign a box of fish sticks? Steve Nash having to sign an old school skateboard cheap parents would buy an aspiring thrasher at Target? Carmelo Anthony being asked to sign a candy bar?

Wait. That’s Caramello. Completely different.

Mavs Struggle While Challenging Elite

The Dallas Mavericks have officially crawled out of the terrible category in the NBA.
