PLAYERS: Dwyane WadeLeBron James
TEAMS: Miami Heat

From Larry Brown Sports:

Dwyane Wade has taken many bold fashion steps over the past few years ever since hiring a consultant to dress him. He’s worn the pointless nerd glasses, color-coordinated his finger wraps with his ties, and he even painted his toe nails. Maybe his most notable look was the hot pink pants he wore during the playoffs.

Coming in a close second are the super-skinny pants he wore on a recent team flight.

Heat teammate LeBron James was so struck by the pants that he shared a picture of them on Twitter and Instagram, saying Wade was "taking fashion to a whole new level with these pants."

What do you think? Is Wade setting a fashion trend or is this a look he should ditch?

D-Wade rocks painted-on pair of skinny jeans

Dwyane Wade will probably be the subject of quite a few of my “Fashion Glances.” One, because he clearly loves fashion and two because people usually have a strong reaction to his choices. Case in point, LeBron James posted this photo of DWade to Instagram last night following Heat vs. Rockets- the Rockets had this [...]

Clippers ready for big test against Miami

The Miami Heat's coach, Eric Spolstra, has adopted what he calls a position-less philosophy. Basically, that means there are five multi-positional players playing the game on instinct. It is not as random as it sounds though. The very conventional plays and basketball philosophies still remain. The game is still played from the inside out and there are still set positions for...

Heat at Grizzlies game preview

Game time: Sunday at 6 p.m. ET TV: Sun Sports With their two biggest stars ailing, the Miami Heat might not be at full strength in a matchup between two of the league's hottest teams. That could make things difficult for the defending champs on Sunday night when they visit a Memphis Grizzlies team looking for a fifth straight victory. The Heat (5-1), who have also won four...

Sumlin: I'm not interested in kicking players off team

Texas and Texas A&M are in different conferences and apparently the school’s football coaches operate differently when it comes to player discipline, too.  Charlie Strong kicks players off his team, Kevin Sumlin likes to keep them around and turn them into men. That seems to be the opinion of the Aggies’ coach, anyway.  Sumlin said it’s easy to kick a guy off the team...

The Los Angeles Dodgers are in the midst of a pennant chase and that is obviously the franchise’s top priority. ESPN’s Chris Mortensen reports that Colts RB Vick Ballard suffered a torn Achilles tendon during Friday’s practice.
