Pass The Pill:
After signing Gerald Wallace and reportedly being the huge favorite to resign point guard Deron Williams, the Nets aren’t quite done yet.
According to IAMAGM, the Nets are the favorite to sign Spanish league star Mirza Teletović to a multi-year deal. Teletović averaged 21 points last season, and would give the Nets some serious front court depth if he can adapt well to the NBA.
The 6’9″ Bosnian power forward has made it clear that he would like to play in the NBA this season. The 26 year old has been compared to Ryan Anderson by Nets are Scorching.
This could be a huge addition to the Nets, who look as if they are ready to take the next step. If they sign Teletović, the Nets could feature him with Deron Williams, Gerald Wallace, and potentially Dwight Howard. Not too bad for a team that has been stuck in the cellar for the past few seasons.

The Brooklyn Nets have already inked Joe Johnson and Gerald Wallace this off-season. If they get Dwight, we’re talking “holy ****” good, but only if they keep the one man that will make this whole thing work. Deron Williams has proven that he can be one of, if not the best point guard in the [...]

ESPN’s Chris Broussard has reported via Twitter that Deron Williams will be staying in Brooklyn to play for the Nets. Suddenly, the Nets look ok.
Just past 7pm, Deron Williams tweeted his free agency decision, and it's to stay with the Nets as their marquee players as they relocate to Brooklyn. The deal is worth a reported $100 million over five years.
Combine that with Joe Johnson and Gerald Wallace, and the Nets aren't exactly in prime position to get Dwight Howard from Orlando...
In what will go down as a historic day in franchise history, new Atlanta Hawks general manager Danny Ferry, celebrating one week on the job, drastically re-made the team's roster.

The Brooklyn Nets are willing to go to extreme lengths to keep Deron Williams and that means even trading for Atlanta Hawks’ Joe Johnson and his nearly $90 million contract via Adrian Wojnarowski. Brooklyn and Atlanta are engaged in talks on a possible Joe Johnson trade, sources tell Y! Nets plan would be to pair [...]
I could sit here and tell you that your team should be going after Deron Williams, but I value your intelligence and assume you are already aware that your favorite team should try to sign the best free agent on the market. Instead, I want to dig a little deeper into the free agent pool and name some under-the-radar guys that aren’t getting enough play thus far in the NBA free...
