Well things just seem to be going from bad to worse for the New Orleans Hornets as now star shooting guard Eric Gordon will now miss 2-3 weeks. Gordon who finally returned to the lineup after missing four games in the loss to the Philadelphia 76ers saw his knee become inflamed. New Orleans now has a total of three players sitting on the bench with injuries just six games into the young season. Newly acquired Xavier Henry came to the team already injured, Trevor Ariza is sitting out due to a strained groin, and now Eric Gordon with an enflammed knee.
So we should be getting an extended look at Al-Farouq Aminu playing at the small forward spot who will start once again in place of Ariza, and once again Marco Belinelli takes Eric Gordon’s spot in the lineup. Beli has been downright terrible so far this season shooting the ball, the Hornets will look to Jarrett Jack to once again provide offense.
