NY Post - A quadriplegic former Brooklyn high-school basketball star is calling a foul on the Knicks for slam-dunking disabled fans with a 900 percent ticket-price hike.

Alanzo George learned from a pal who had been treating him to floor tickets that courtside spots set aside for people in wheelchairs at Madison Square Garden soared from around $300 last year to $2,850 this year.

“I was really shocked,” George, 23, told The Post. “I’m wondering how they did that, especially with people in a wheelchair.”

 Garden spokesman Barry Watkins said the $300 spots were eliminated as part of the arena’s ongoing $850 million renovation. He said the new floor spots for the disabled are closer to the action than the old ones.

So let me get this strait, the average ticket price raised 50% and the wheelchair spots raised 900%?  How does that work?
Let me know if these two quotes make any since to you.  "courtside spots set aside for people in wheelchairs"  and "the new floor spots for the disabled are closer to the action than the old ones."   What are these people sitting in the middle of the court now or something?  Is Carmelo Anothony gonna have to dribble around these people on a fast break?  Not sure you can get any closer than courtside.  Just man up and admit your scum bags, and wanna take all the money you can get out of your fans pockets.  I guess the new CBA didn't have anything in it about screwing over fans.
