Remember when the NBA came out with stern language about flopping? (P)layers will face the possibility of stiff punishment for trying to trick the referees into a foul that wasn’t warranted. Commissioner David Stern issued an edict that he hopes will make flopping go the way of the four-corner offense and the short shorts.
The rule change hasn’t stopped league golden boy Chris Paul from trying to trick refs. How about this acting job last night against the Kings. As you can see, Paul acts like DeMarcus Cousins stuck a bullet in his back.
Expect Stern to react accordingly and act like the incident never happened.
As for the game, the Kings won, 116-101.

So by my count approximately nine days elapsed since DeMarcus Cousins had his last incident. That improvement right?
According to Bleacher Report, the Sacramento Kings volatile power forward had an unpleasant encounter with Kings broadcaster Grant Napear, following an impressive victory over the Los Angeles Clippers on Tuesday night.
Apparently, Napear, has been known to criticize...
An argument can be made with a straight face that Chris Paul is the best point guard in NBA. Likewise, an argument can also be made with a straight fact Chris Paul is the best flopper in the NBA. And his flop last night against the Kings drives that point home. The post Chris Paul: Professional flopper appeared first on No Guts, No Glory.
Los Angeles Clippers point guard Chris Paul broke out an epic flop for the ages during his team’s game against the Sacramento Kings on Tuesday night in the epically named Sleep Train Arena. I mean CP3′s flop was as bad as what happened to Ishtar (look it up). And with much, much worse acting.
It could be argued that Paul’s abysmal display wasn’t technically a flop since he...
Los Angeles Clippers point guard Chris Paul has been known to provide a quality flop in the midst of heated NBA games. Whether you look at it as deceiving or weak, the crafty little point guard has almost got it down to a science with his flops. Strategically doing them when the Clippers might need point or momentum needs to be changed.
Last night Lob City was in Sacramento...
Chris Paul should be ashamed of himself, and judging my my Twitter feed he won’t stop hearing about it for quite some time. This is truly a flop that soccer players would be proud of. Suspension forthcoming?

The Big Leagues This flop was so bad it was spoooooky.
First we saw David Stern wanting to fine teams for sitting their key players, now we see bad calls not being overturned in the Cleveland Cavaliers verse the Miami Heat game on Wednesday night. It was clear by the replay that the ball went out-of-bounds off the hand of LeBron James, yet the Miami Heat gained possession after the refs made the wrong call. They have replay and anyone...
((HT: Awful Announcing))
Sac Kings forward DeMarcus Cousins can be rather, how should the HQ say this, "emotionally involved" with his on-court play. But when Kings play-by-play guy and Sacramento sports talk show host Grant Napear may have said some disparaging things on his show... Cousins remembered...
And finally got his opportunity the other night to respond...
Kings center DeMarcus Cousins is now taking his infamous volatility to the team's broadcasters. After Tuesday night's home victory over the Clippers, Cousins ran over to the announce table and appeared to say something to Kings play by play man Grant Napear, pounding his fist on the desk. Cousins' issues with Napear apparently stems...

I want Royce White to address why he doesn’t use condoms and has 2 kids and 2 more kids on the way. Let’s talk about that instead of his whining about how everyone is out to get him.
The Rockets have bent over backwards to accommodate White and he is still acting like a spoiled brat.
“I went through the bumps and bruises of having to advocate for myself against a billion-dollar...
Royce White is one of those people who get in their own way. White’s issues with the Houston Rockets organization this season have been well documented. White finally returned to the court in February to the Rockets D League affiliate team. White has once again come out faulting the Houston Rockets organization. White believes that in addition to the Rockets, the NBA, David Stern...
The Los Angeles Clippers have enjoyed some great success this season, even more than their LA counterpart, the Lakers. While much credit can be given to the veteran leadership of Chris Paul and Chauncey Billups, the overall improvement of Blake Griffin, must be noted. While Griffin has been known for his highlight dunks and mean stare downs after putting a defender on the poster...
The Los Angeles Clippers have 15 contests remaining to hone their game before attempting a run through the expectedly rigorous Western Conference playoffs.
They're also aware even teams like the woeful Sacramento Kings will be looking to raise their level of play down the stretch.
