Tony Parker might have been sandbagging a little.
It wasn't two weeks ago that Parker said his return a severely sprained ankle would be just before the playoffs, but Parker is active and listed as probable for Friday's game against Utah in San Antonio.
"He looked pretty good," Kawhi Leonard told the San Antonio Express News. "He said he doesn't feel any pain in his ankle. I'm happy and excited for him to play tonight."
San Antonio has gone 6-2 without Parker, who averages 21 points and 7.6 assists per game, but the Spurs likely will need him over the next five games, all of which are against probable playoff teams.
