Chris Paul faced an uncertain future the past few weeks. When all was said and done, he still wound up in Los Angeles.
And he is happy to be calling it his new home.
"I'm excited to be here in L.A. with this unbelievable franchise with so much history behind it," said Paul during his introductory news conference with the Clippers on Thursday.
"Everyone knows Blake Griffin and DeAndre Jordan signed his deal and my big brother, Chauncey Billups, who I'm excited to be playing alongside of. This is going to be an unbelievable experience."
The Clippers finalized a trade for Paul on Wednesday, sending Eric Gordon, Chris Kaman, Al-Farouq Aminu and a first-round pick to the New Orleans Hornets. Los Angeles also received a pair of second-round picks.
