For many current Los Angeles Lakers fans it appears that the dynasty is on the decline. Recently Phil Jackson sat down with Sam Smith of Bulls.com and discussed the current Los Angeles Lakers. He made predictions that the Lakers are “a team in transition” as well as he “doesn’t think they’re done making personnel changes”.
