AUBURN HILLS, Mich. -- Charlie Villanueva had a season-high 19 points off the bench as the Detroit Pistons won consecutive games for the first time this season, overwhelming the Phoenix Suns 117-77 at The Palace on Wednesday night. Brandon Knight scored 19 points and Rodney Stuckey had 18 for the Pistons (5-11), who have won five of eight after starting the season with eight losses. Detroit had a season high in points while recording its fourth straight home victory. Luis Scola led the Suns (7-9) with 11 points before fouling out. Phoenix, which 1-2 on its current six-game road swing, made 19 turnovers and had a season-low 11 assists. The Suns lost their poise early in the second half while the Pistons put the game out of reach. Phoenix collected four technical fouls in the first seven minutes as Detroit opened up a 26-point lead.
