Reports out of Minnestoa indicate that Quentin Richardson — who was already traded from the Knicks to the Grizzlies, then to the Clippers and finally to the Timberwolves — could be traded once again by the end of this week.
New GM David Kahn has been moving parts around like a game of Tetris during the offseason and will continue to reshape the Minnesota roster now that new head coach Kurt Rambis is on board. The T'Wolves have a lot of guards and the 29-year-old Richardson, who has certainly lost a step, really doesn't fit in.
If Q-Rich does end up getting traded, he will be the second player to be acquired and traded away by Minnesota in this same offseason, with the first being Etan Thomas.
