Kyle Lowry will miss at least another week, possibly two.  The Toronto Raptors were hoping to get him back sooner, but Lowry's ailing ankle is not ready for him to play.  Lowry has already missed two weeks and could miss up to four if he returns at the long-end of his new timetable.According to Doug Smith of the Toronto Star, Lowry suffered a bruised cuboid bone in his ankle.  The team is hopeful he will be able to return in another week, but conservatively they think he will be back within two. The Raptors have struggled so far this season, but that was to be expected with the injuries the team has sustained.  Lowry's is far from the worst injury, but his time away from the court has impacted the team nonetheless.Lowry has averaged 10.5 points per game and 4.8 assists in his career.  This season, in four games, Lowry has averaged 18.3 points per game.  He has gotten progressively better in his career, and he has been rewarded with more playing time.  Unfortunately, Lowry has been limited this year, and he will continue to be limited.  Hopefully, when Lowry returns he can continue on his pace set so far this season. The Raptors play three more games that Lowry figures to miss at minimum.  If he returns in a week, he should be ready to face the Detroit Pistons after Thanksgiving.
