Raptors sign SF Ronald Dupree

The Raptors announced Thursday that they have signed 6′7” Small Forward Ronald Dupree.  Per team policy, financial terms were not disclosed. Dupree played for the Raptors’ entry in the 2010 Las Vegas Summer League.  He helped the Dinos to a 5-0 mark while averaging 10 point and 4 rebounds. Dupree has played in 154 NBA games with Chicago, Detroit, Minnesota and Seattle, averaging 3.6 points and 2.2 rebounds. He spent last season in Germany with Telekom Baskets Bonn where he averaged 12.0 points in 33 outings. Dupree went undrafted in 2003, but signed during the 03-04 season with the Chicago Bulls. After his rookie season, he signed a contract with the Pistons, but was infrequently used by coach Larry Brown Dupree was traded to the Minnesota Timberwolves prior to the 2005-06 season for a second round draft pick.
