Found March 16, 2013 on Red's Army:
Thanks to 8 first half turnovers that led to 13 Charlotte points, the Celtics could not put distance between themselves and the ‘Cats early. Boston went into halftime up 50-43. But the guys in green turned it up another notch on both sides of the ball to blow the game open and cruise through most of the 3rd and 4th. Chuck’s prediction was almost dead-on, as Boston wins 108-95 tonight. Every Celtic scored, and we saw some great overall effort from a lot of different players. Paul Pierce was effective in every way tonight. The Captain notched 14 points, 8 assists & 6 boards in 23 minutes. Jason Terry put the Celtics over the top tonight though with his 12 2nd half points. Jet had a perfect 3rd & 4th going 4 of 4 from the field, including 2 of 2 from long-range. Terry finished with 15 and was one of 6 C’s in double-figures tonight. Courtney Lee also had a great night, putting in 13 points on 5 of 7 from the floor & 2 of 2 from trey. He also grabbed 5 rebounds, had 4 assists...

Jason Terry ‘not really impressed’ with the Heat’s 20-game win streak

Jason Terry wasted no time developing a hatred for his new rivals the second he signed a contract with the Boston Celtics. He hasn’t even been in Boston for a full season, and Terry already says he hates the Los Angeles Lakers and Miami Heat. He also was not shy about taking a shot at a certain player who left the Celtics. On top of all that, Terry is not impressed with the Heat’s...

Your Morning Dump… Where Jason Terry thought the season would be easier

Every morning, we compile the links of the day and dump them here… highlighting the big storyline. Because there’s nothing quite as satisfying as a good morning dump. “It’s been a process — one that, honestly, I thought would be a little smoother, a little easier,” said Terry. “But it hasn’t, and that just goes to show you that all things don’t necessarily mean...

Bobcats Coach Mike Dunlap Calls Paul Pierce ‘Salty Dog Warrior,’ Apparently Means It as Compliment

BOSTON — Mike Dunlap needs to work on giving compliments. The Bobcats coach was apparently being flattering of Paul Pierce, the workmanlike star of the Celtics, when he praised Pierce is the weirdest way possible on Saturday. After saying a bunch of normal things about the way Pierce controls the game and always gets the shot he wants, Dunlap got really creative with his admiration...

Paul Pierce Hopes Heat Loses All Of Their Remaining Games

You can’t tune out the fact that the Miami Heat have won 20 straight games and are now tied for the third-longest winning streak in NBA history. The longest, 33 in a row, was done by the 1971-72 Los Angeles Lakers. But, if you ask Paul Pierce what he thinks about the potential of playing the Heat on a 22-game win streak come Monday, he simply doesn’t care and if truth be told...

Jason Terry on Heat’s Win Streak: I’m Not really Impressed

At this point it has been well documented that the Miami Heat and Boston Celtics are not the biggest fans of each other. Despite the Heat’s monstrous win streak, many have speculated that it could come to an end on Monday night when they visit the Boston Celtics for what is always a great game. [...]

Jason Terry Is Not Really Impressed With Heats 21 Game Win Streak

Jason Terry and the Miami Heat have history.  Terry was a member of the Dallas Mavericks team that blew a 2-0 lead to the Heat in the 2006 NBA finals, and then went on to lose four straight. Terry got his revenge when he help the Mavs upset the Heat in the 2011 NBA Finals for the franchises first NBA title. Terry was asked about the Heats current 21 game win streak, and as ESPN...

Wikipedia Pronounces Jason Terry Dead After Being Posterized By LeBron James

You haven’t really been dunked on until your Wikipedia page has pronounced you dead, just ask Brandon Knight. LeBron James Takes Jason Terry’s Headband and Soul With the Dunk (Video)

Jason Terry is a vet, he should have learned from Brandon Knight, to just get out of the way. Especially, when the King is coming down the court. I must admit, I like this dunk better than the DeAndre Jordan dunk and that is saying a lot. Sorry, it had to be you Jet. Expect the memes to come fast and furious.

LeBron James Posterizes Jason Terry With Alley-Oop Dunk Against Celtics

Somewhere, Brandon Knight is smiling. LeBron James followed up DeAndre Jordan‘s demolition of the Pistons guard with a thunderous slam of his own Monday night, posterizing Jason Terry with an alley-oop dunk at TD Garden. But Terry can take some solace in the fact that James was subsequently hit with a technical foul for taunting, and the Celtics took a 59-53 lead into halftime...

Kevin Garnett, Paul Pierce Continue to Play Large Roles in Celtics’ Move Up in Playoff Standings (Audio)

It wasn’t that long ago that rumors were swirling about drastically changing the Boston Celtics roster to make a playoff run, but after no blockbuster trades were made, the C’s find themselves sitting pretty in the standings and working with what they have. Only 3 1/2 games back of the New York Knicks in the division standings, the Celtics can almost look back to earlier in the...
