America Least:
I always know its hard and silly to advocate for a coach to be fired after bringing his team down to face the #4 team in the country in Oklahoma, but hey, with every loss comes a new candidate.
Today comes a candidate who has coached at one of the highest levels of college basketball, and was successful with three postseason bids. I speak of Wayne Morgan, former head coach at Iowa State.
Morgan was fired after three seasons at ISU, where he was 55-39. The termination may have been a result of a ISU paying $100,000 to a company called D1 Scheduling, which was run by Los Angeles City JC's head coach who would schedule opponents for teams and in return possibly deliver his players to the schools who requested his services.

I have seen no new news since Morgan's firing at Iowa State. He is probably almost 60 now, so getting back into coaching might be something he is not looking to do. He was a very good recruiter who had talent on his team, Shawn Taggert, who transferred to Memphis after his firing, Curtis Stinson, Will Blalock, Jackson Vroman to name a few.
But yeah, Morgan is my choice today. Mostly because I am running out of ideas.
