Chris Mannix of Sports Illustrated reported some good news to leave Wizards fans optimistic. John Wall is finally due to get back on the court soon. As early as two weeks!
After practicing Thursday, Wizards guard John Wall is expected to make his season debut within the next two weeks, league sources told SI.com. Wall, the No. 1 pick in the 2010 NBA draft, has been sidelined all season with a stress injury in his left patella.
Wall, 22, participated in limited drills with the team on Thursday…“This is Christmas all over for him, I’m sure, to finally reach this point,” Wittman said, according to the Washington Post. “You could see the spark in his eyes. So we just got to be patient. He’s got to be itching to push this as fast as he can. We got to be careful with that.”
