The Atlanta Hawks have come to agreement with Jazz free agent power forward Paul Millsap on a 2-year deal according to Chris Vivlamore of the Atlanta Journal-Constitution. Chris Broussard of ESPN adds the contract will be worth $19 million.
In order to absorb the $24 million in expiring contracts from the Warriors, the Utah Jazz renounced the rights to forward Paul Millsap, according to David Aldridge on Friday afternoon.
He was the team’s second-leading scorer with 14.6 points per game and rebounder at 7.1 per game.
