Jamaal Magloire,
Mickael Pietrus
TEAMS: Chicago Bulls, Miami Heat, Phoenix Suns
TEAMS: Chicago Bulls, Miami Heat, Phoenix Suns
The last few days have been absolute craziness in Raptorland.
Let me summarize things for you:
Jamaal Magloire signed a one year deal. That’s official.
Mickael Pietrus was acquired for a second round pick from the Phoenix Suns, however it hasn’t been official yet.
Gary Forbes was signed for two years, however Denver can match the offer.
Rasual Butler was signed by Raptors- details unknown.
I highly doubt that the Raps are going to sign all three of these players. The reason Butler was signed was probably either Pietrus failed his physical or Denver matched Forbes’ offer. This is very likely because Denver’s roster is full of open spots, and they are likely going to want to keep Forbes who had a successful season last year.
I have been hesitant to write a post because of all the conflicting reports.
