Royce White's trouble start to his NBA career may be nearly over. The first round pick of the Houston Rockets has yet to play an NBA game. He has an anxiety disorder and was working with the team to come up with a plan to help him deal with the issue. A rift began to develop, the team wanted to send White to the D-League, and White refused. He was eventually suspended. Now, the two sides are nearing an agreement.According to Jonathan Feigen of the Houston Chronicle, White is close to reaching an agreement with the Rockets and returning to the team's D-League affiliate, the Rio Grande Vipers. White said via local radio that he was planning to report to his D-League assignment February 11th. This is pending the proper paperwork being completed by the Rockets.“The resolution, when I say we’re in the 12th hour, what I literally mean is we’re in the 12th hour .. .. any hour now this thing will be over,” White said. “I’m supposed to be returning to the D-league on February 11. That was the plan. We’ll see if it finally goes through but last thing I heard was that’s what we’re going to do, that’s what we’re planning to do. Waiting on everybody to get the right paperwork done and stuff."White's anxiety makes it difficult for him to travel by plane. This is apparently where the trouble began for the Rockets and White. However, the team was well aware of White's condition when they drafted him number 16 overall. White may have gone higher if not for his anxiety problems and off-the-court problems. The Rockets could certainly use White's skills. However, they will need him consistently with the team. That is probably the biggest hurdle the team is trying to clear.Follow @hoopsinjurynews

Houston was desperate enough to draft White. He needs to be fired. If I don't show up for work, I will be fired. No difference here. White has acted inappropriately and arrogantly regarding his shortcomings! He acts like the Rockets are supposed to accommodate him. GO TO WORK!
