Rockets to go hard after Dwight Howard and Andrew Bynum

However, during the third year of Asik’s deal, the price rises to $15 million.  Asik could be a very attractive trade chip if the Rockets were to land either Dwight Howard or Andrew Bynum, if nothing else for the expiring $15 million in year three. If the Rockets were to land either Howard or Bynum, they certainly would be the early favorites to rival the Oklahoma City Thunder and San Antonio Spurs in the Western Conference for supremacy.
